Modern Wonders of the World

There are seven natural wonders of the world. One is the Great Pyramid of Giza, while the other two are man-made structures. The original list included the Great Wall of China, the Statue of Christ Redeemer in Brazil, the Chichen Itza pyramid in Mexico, and the Colosseum in Rome. However, since the list was compiled over two thousand years ago, there are some modern wonders that have been added to the list.

For example, the Great Barrier Reef is one of the Natural Wonders of the World. It is at risk of destruction because of environmental changes. Take Dramamine with you if you are afraid of seasickness, because the trip involves a large amount of time at sea. The Great Barrier Reef is an incredible sight to behold, but be prepared to get seasick. The Great Barrier Reef can be a long way away if you get seasick.

In addition to the ancient wonders, there are several new natural wonders that are still being discovered around the globe. While the list of the seven New Wonders of the World isn’t complete, the list still pays homage to the power and beauty of the Earth. So, what are the New Wonders of the World? We’ll get to that in a moment. While they’re not as old as the other Seven Wonders, they’re still amazing to see.

Today’s modern wonders are also worth mentioning. A recent study found that a number of modern man-made structures, such as CCTV headquarters in Beijing and the Three Gorges Dam in China, can be considered great works of art. But, while monumental buildings are still impressive, the goal of 21st century infrastructure is to connect us, not impress. This is especially important since the strength and quality of networks is vital for human survival.

In an effort to rewrite history, the largest global poll has ranked the world’s seven architectural wonders. The new list may reveal some differences between ancient Greeks and modern voters. For instance, the Acropolis in Athens, which has been on the list for decades, did not make the cut. But a list of seven wonders is still worth mentioning, and the Great Wall of China and the Great Pyramids of Giza were among the finalists.
